A great candidate experience turns into a great partnership with a client company
I can easily say that Mary has been the best recruiter I have ever worked with. I first met Mary a couple of years ago when I was used as a reference for an employee of mine. At the time, I remember thinking that if I ever was looking for a change, Mary would be my go to recruiter.
That day came this past fall. After 8 years at the same company, I was ready to make a move and Mary was the ONLY recruiter I decided to work with. Mary really took the time to understand my story, why I was leaving, and what my next my next chapter would ideally be. From our first call Mary really impressed me with her knowledge of the Greater Portland job Market (where I was looking) and of the opportunities that were available. Mary was able to get me in front of two fantastic companies and I was fortunate enough to make it all the way through the process. At this point Mary was crucial and helping me look at both companies and make sure I was making a good choice. Ultimately, I landed the Sales Management position I was looking for at Sage Data Security and I believe Mary was instrumental in making that happen.
But wait, it doesn’t end there! Now that I had landed at Sage, I would need to hire a team of Sales Reps to join me at this amazing company. Mary never skipped a beat and within days she had the most qualified candidates of any recruiter in front of me. Truth be told, Mary’s candidates were the only people we ended up hiring for our sales positions for this round. We had brought in other candidates from other recruiters, but we felt Mary’s people came in knowing so much more about the role and expectations that it made our process that much easier.
Truth be told, I have had the pleasure of being both a candidate and a hiring manager while working with Mary and there isn’t anyone I would rather work with than Mary and the ProSearch team.
