Edward S. McKersie, CPC, Founder and President
of Pro Search, Inc. has been in the employment services industry
since 1985. Prior to establishing Pro Search, Inc. in 1994, Ed
was Director of Search Services for the corporate offices of a
national employment services firm, responsible for recruiting,
hiring and training search consultants for the company's 35 office
network. Ed holds a B.S. in Economics/Finance from Bentley College
and has been a featured speaker and trainer at human resources
and recruiting/staffing industry events. Ed is Chairman of the
Business Advisory Council of Goodwill
Industries of Northern New England, is Chair of USM
Corporate Partners and serves on the

Andrea L. Brown, CPC, CPA, is Director, Accounting/Finance Recruiting. Andrea, a Maine native, spent four years
in public accounting before joining Pro Search, Inc in 1995. As
an Audit Senior with Baker, Newman & Noyes, Andrea was responsible
for managing audits with a primary focus in the healthcare industry.
Andrea graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She is an active member
of the Maine State Society of Certified Public Accountants and
the Human Resource Association of Southern Maine. Andrea also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Training Resource Center, having previously served as Treasurer.

Gary L. Auger, our Director, IT Staffing Services,
handles all Information Systems search and contract assignments
at Pro Search, Inc. Working out of the Portland, Maine office,
he represents client companies throughout the state of Maine.
Prior to joining Pro Search in 1997, Gary worked in the information
services field, most recently as a Senior Programmer/Analyst with
UNUM Corporation. Previously, he was employed as a Communications
Specialist for the United States Coast Guard, and as a Programmer
at Bath Iron Works. He is an active member of MESDA. Gary is a

Christy Hillman our Director, Temporary Staffing Services, manages
our temporary division. She joined Pro Search in 1999 with six
years of human resources and staffing experience. Christy is the
President of the Board of Directors for Camp Ketcha, serves
as Membership Committee Chair of the Human Resource Association
of Southern Maine, is a member in good standing of the Maine Marketing
Association and is involved with the University of Southern Maine's
Corporate Partners program where she serves as a student mentor
and vice-chair of the marketing and membership committee. For

Rhiana Lippold joined Pro Search, Inc. in 2003 as Manager, Temporary Staffing Services. Rhiana is a Portland native and has her bachelors degree in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University in New York. She previously worked at Pierce Promotions as Manager of the Recruitment Department and at Wright Express as a Human Resource Specialist. Rhiana is active on the board of Realize!Maine in Portland and a member of the Business Partnership Council for Allies Inc. Sarah Davies joined Pro Search, Inc. in 2004. As a Senior IT Recruiter, Sarah works with local and national candidates to find the right resource for our clients. She delivers high quality service to both our candidates and clients. Sarah has been an IT Recruiter for more than 12 years in Connecticut and Maine. Some of her clients have included CIGNA, ING, MassMutual, Maine Medical Center, L.L.Bean, Fleet Financial, Unum, Wright Express, State of Connecticut, State of Maine, Pfizer and IDEXX Laboratories. A Maine native, Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford. She sits on the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America Northern New England. Mary Warren joined Pro Search, Inc. in 2004 as a Senior Recruiter. Mary is a Maine native and has her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. She previously worked for UnumProvident in their Corporate Recruiting department where she gained experience recruiting at all levels of the company. Mary is active on the board of Realize!Maine and is a member of the Human Resource Association of Southern Maine.
