Edward S. McKersie, CPC, Founder and President
of Pro Search, Inc. and Pro Searcher since 1994! Ed has been in the employment services industry
since 1985. Prior to establishing Pro Search, Inc. in 1994, Ed
was Director of Search Services for the corporate offices of a
national employment services firm, responsible for recruiting,
hiring and training search consultants for the company's 35 office
network. Ed holds a B.S. in Economics/Finance from Bentley College
and has been a featured speaker and trainer at human resources
and recruiting/staffing industry events. Ed is Past Chair of USM
Corporate Partners and serves on the USM Board of Visitors and the USM Foundation Board. He was one of the founding members of the Best Places to Work in Maine Planning Committee. He is past President of HRASM (Human Resources Association of Southern Maine) and also served on the Maine SHRM Council. He was elected to the Maine State HR Hall Of Fame in 2012. Ed has been Board Chair of the Maine Center of Enterprise Development, Maine's premier business incubator and serves on several Boards of private companies in Maine and NH and as an Advisory Board Member to several Pro Search client firms. Andrea (Brown) Gleason, CPC, CPA, Director of Recruiting and Pro Searcher since 1995! Andrea, a Maine native, spent four years
in public accounting before joining Pro Search.. As
an Audit Senior with Baker, Newman & Noyes, Andrea was responsible
for managing audits with a primary focus in the healthcare industry.
Andrea graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She is an active member
of the Maine State Society of Certified Public Accountants and
the Human Resource Association of Southern Maine. Andrea also serves on the Board of Directors for the Goodwill of Northern New England.

Gary L. Auger,Director, IT Staffing Services and Pro Searcher since 1997! Gary
handles all Information Systems search and contract assignments
at Pro Search, Inc. Working out of the Portland, Maine office,
he represents client companies throughout the state of Maine.
Prior to joining Pro Search in 1997, Gary worked in the information
services field, most recently as a Senior Programmer/Analyst with
UNUM Corporation. Previously, he was employed as a Communications
Specialist for the United States Coast Guard, and as a Programmer
at Bath Iron Works. He is an active member of MESDA. Gary is a

Dave Vasconcelos, Director, Business Development and Pro Searcher since 2009, is responsible for account management and new business development for Pro Search. A graduate of Villanova University, Dave has spent his professional career assisting companies throughout Maine with their marketing, advertising and now employment needs. Dave serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Greater Portland, the Human Resources Association of Southern Maine, as well as the Maine State Human Resources Council. He is also the upcoming co-chair of The Best Places to Work in Maine, and also sits on the STRIVE Advisory Committee. Rhiana Lippold Leavitt, Manager, Temporary Staffing Services and Pro Searcher since 2003! Rhiana is a Portland native and has her bachelors degree in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University in New York. She previously worked at Pierce Promotions as Manager of the Recruitment Department and at Wright Express as a Human Resource Specialist. Tammy Brown, Office Manager and Pro Searcher since 2012!
Tammy is responsible for the payroll and Office Management here at Pro Search, Inc. A Maine native, Tammy spent several years as a Business Manager for her own company and recently, before joining Pro Search, with the Federal Government. While there, Tammy authored and created a diversity project focused on Interest based Diversity in the workplace. As a former Small Business owner she managed the day to day operations as well as payroll, bookkeeping and computer software systems management. Tammy attended the University of Southern Maine, University of New England and is a life long learning advocate. Past contributions include The United Way, Small Business Division and Women in Business publication.
