Contract vs. Full-Time

There are many benefits to being a Contract Employee. Aside from the flexibility this type of work provides, many of our contract employees also enjoy the fact that they get to work with a variety of talented teams at different companies. They also feel that this diversity of work keeps their skills sharp and offers increased exposure to a diversity of new tools and applications. The idea that their role (and therefore their success!) is more defined is a big plus as well. And the ability to leave work at the office and not sweat the corporate politics and pressures that many full time employees feel is fine with these people as well.
