We’ve automated our process to make it as painless and easy
as possible for you. You can apply on-line and your resume and application
will be reviewed by the appropriate Pro Search specialist. |

Pro Search Evaluation
Understanding what’s important to you and evaluating your professional
accomplishments is critical to our process. After reviewing your resume
and application, if we have a current temporary assignment or direct
hire position that appears to be worth your time, we’ll contact
you right away to set up a Pro Search interview. If there isn’t
a current match, we’ll keep your application on file for future
consideration. Your resume and application is considered confidential
and your resume is never sent to any of our clients without your prior
knowledge and approval. |

Our Role
If you are interviewing for a direct hire position with one of our
clients we play an active role in the process. From offering feedback
after your interviews with our client, addressing any questions you
have about the opportunity and making sure our client is aware of
your compensation requirements and any other issues important to you,
our job is to make sure you have the information you need to make
the right decision for you.
