of positions we represent are located in Maine. If you don’t
live in Maine or don’t have a desire to relocate or do contract
work in Maine, we will not be a very effective resource for you. |

part of partnering with you to get that next great job or contract
is evaluating opportunities for you. That evaluation is a combination
of your wants and needs and the wants and needs of the hiring managers
that we represent. We won’t waste your time with interviews
for jobs or contracts that don’t fit your criteria. |

Our Role
When you are interviewing with one of our clients we play an active
role in the process. From offering feedback after your interviews
with our client, addressing any questions you have about the opportunity
and making sure our client is aware of your compensation requirements
and any other issues important to you, our job is to make sure you
have the information you need to make the right decision for you.

IT Client Management
Gary Auger, our Director of IT Staffing Services, handles all Information
Technology search and contract assignments at Pro Search. Gary represents
client companies throughout Maine and has the ability to draw upon IT
talent on a national level. Prior to joining Pro Search in 1997, Gary
worked in the information services field for over 15 years, most recently
as a Senior Programmer/Analyst with UNUM Corporation. Previously, he was
employed as Programmer/Analyst at Bath Iron Works and as a communications
Specialist for the United States Coast Guard. Gary is also a Portland
native.
IT Recruiting
Sarah Davies has been with Pro Search, Inc. since 2004. As a Senior IT Recruiter, Sarah works with local and national candidates to find the right resource for our clients. Sarah has been an IT Recruiter for more than 12 years in Connecticut and Maine. Some of her clients have included CIGNA, ING, MassMutual, Maine Medical Center, L.L.Bean, Fleet Financial, Unum, Wright Express, State of Connecticut, State of Maine, Pfizer and IDEXX Laboratories. A Maine native, Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford. She sits on the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America Northern New England.
Todd Chamberlain is an IT Recruiter. He joined Pro Search in 2006 and has been in the recruiting industry since 2003. A Maine native, Todd graduated from the University of Maine Farmington.
Stephanie Fix is an IT Recruiter focusing on direct hire opportunities. Stephanie, a Maine native, joined our team in 2007.
